How to perform a middle block, middle punch (chudan uke, chudan zuki)
The attacker steps forward in Zenkutsu Dachi and attacks with a right middle punch (Chudan Zuki). Block his punch with a left middle block (Chudan Uke) then counter attack with a right middle punch (Chudan Zuki).

- By blocking with your left arm to his right arm you leave his body open for your counter attack.
- If you’re too far away to strike the opponent after your block, simply step toward him to deliver your counter attack.
