the Westcott Community Center is having instructions on okinawan GoJu Ryu. I am a senior riddled with arthritus and range of motion limitations (some from birth) If the person teaching this accepts me, do you reccomend this old bird (female) doing it. I thought might help my range of motion and get me some exercise, but maybe I am just young at heart and simply foolish!
