well what I do is wear a regular bra and put on a white shirt.
My sensi said it is traditional that you wear a white shirt under the gi. Or if not a white shirt he said to wear nothing undernearth, which he meant towards the guys.

Better wear a white shirt to save your self the embrasssment of your gi falling off during sparring time!
