to reply to amir - have you ever fought an experienced karate dan grade?

I have trained in tae-kwon-do, mui-tai, kick boxing, ju-jitsu and shotokan karate-do. I have found karate a formidable apponent, karate at a senior level has faster techniques granted the kicks are not as spectacular but they are easily as effective - my professional opinion.

everyoen will think their art is better than the rest, the truth is no art is perfect we can all learn from each other!
