Another way to tie your belt without getting a knot in back is find the center of your belt first. Place the center of the belt on, or under, your naval. wrap one end of the belt around your waist. Take the other one and wrap it the other way around your waist, but make sure it is on top of the other side. Take that end and push it up through both layers of the belt that are on your naval. then tie the two ends like the first part of tying your shoe and, presto, you have a tied belt without a crossover in the back!
