hey thanx alot i havent done karate in 5 years but yesterday i was invited to a tend a class with one of my friends i found all my old stuff and got my gi on to find out i couldnt remeber how to tie my belt. thanx for all your help it’s all coming back to me now including how pain it can be when you don;t use those muscles alll the time. LOL. thanx!
