Hi Terry,

It was a pleasure to take part in your seminar.
The way karate is being chopped and changed these days (so to speak) it was good to have the original training ideas and reasoning behind Goju techniques re-inforced.I thoroughly enjoyed the seminar and I guess there will be other times to cover other aspects of Goju.
