i am a karate instructor, i am reaching the end of my degree in networking and once i have a bit of money behind me i want to do something i have been dreaming about for years.

i want to buy a buolding or perminently rent a building and completely remodle it into a traditional japanese dojo setting.

has anyone on here acctualy done that beacuse it would be nice to see how much i would have to spend in order to do this.

i love karate and i beleve that anyone who whants to learn should beable to without having to pay rediculus amounts of money from an instructor who is only there to make money.

The Shee Ark, from A2K, was cloned, and made for the Dojo. On it were plenty of creatures to supply the Dojo with life.

Hi.

I have done this on a couple of schools.

How much you would spend will depend on the size, location, condition of the buidling and material - labor costs in you area.

In this modern world i strongly suggest that you be VERY mindful of the Health and safety laws relevant in your area. also gain some professional business set-up advice - often available free from local organisations that will help you maximise the use of the area you buy or lease. iT CAN BE DONE AND DONE WELL.

GOOD LUCK

I clicked on the link you have for the Cobra Karate Club. Do you teach there?

Not sure where i will be moving will be remaining in the UK for certain,
depends what job i find when i finish university and where it is

Iwill defernatly still be teaching, as my home club closed down while i was away i have no means of training so teaching is all i have left.

i still grade with the EKO to make sure my skills are up to scratch
