Its not a bad read - Some interesting ideas presented here.
I completely disagree with your judo moves in heian Godan. Look at the traditional way that tsurikomi goshi is performed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eh4dlhvx1O0&feature=related This is closer to what you were trying to say (the driving upwards before the jump). If you understand judo you can adapt kata on occasion to present an idea - but they are mainly too far removed from judo to keep true to the kata. Good training |

Hey thats cool to disagree i dont think the movements are set in conrete and different people will see them differntly. Thanks for posting that judo clip, i hope you dont mind if i include it in my blog. cheers magpie |
