Its not a bad read - Some interesting ideas presented here.

I completely disagree with your judo moves in heian Godan. Look at the traditional way that tsurikomi goshi is performed:

This is closer to what you were trying to say (the driving upwards before the jump). If you understand judo you can adapt kata on occasion to present an idea - but they are mainly too far removed from judo to keep true to the kata.

Hey thats cool to disagree i dont think the movements are set in conrete and different people will see them differntly.
